Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of AI Playbook, a diagnostic report product operated by One Inch Punch, Atlanta GA ("we," "us"). By submitting the intake form, purchasing a report, or subscribing to a Quarterly Review Subscription, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

AI Playbook produces a diagnostic PDF report about your business's presence across Google Search, Google Business Profile, and AI-assistant recommendations. The report includes scored assessments, specific findings, and prioritized recommendations. It is informational in nature and does not constitute legal, accounting, or professional consulting advice.

Tiers and pricing

Reports are sold in tiers (Quick Score, Standard, Premium, Premium Plus). Pricing is displayed at checkout and confirmed on your receipt. Quarterly Review Subscription is billed every 90 days and includes a re-diagnostic, trend brief, and strategy call per billing period.

Delivery

After purchase, we run an automated process to produce your report. Typical delivery is within 24 hours. In rare cases where an input requires re-processing, delivery may take up to 72 hours, and we'll notify you if so.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on one-time report purchases. See our Refund Policy for the specifics. Subscriptions are cancelable at any time; the cancellation stops the next renewal and does not retroactively refund past billing periods except as described in the Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information on the intake form. Inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate reports.
• Not resell, republish, or redistribute the delivered report without our written permission. The report is licensed to your business only.
• Not use our service to generate reports about businesses you do not own, control, or represent, except where you explicitly request a competitive analysis as part of a paid engagement.

Ownership

You own the findings about your business. We own the taxonomy, methodology, prompt engineering, and report template that produced the findings. You may excerpt findings from your report in your own marketing, presentations, or internal materials without attribution. You may not extract and republish our methodology or scoring criteria.

Third-party services

To produce your report, we use Stripe (payments), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI analysis), SerpAPI (search data), Google Places (business profile data), Firecrawl (web crawling), AWS (hosting and storage), Firebase (database), and Mandrill (email delivery). Their terms apply to the portions of the service they provide. We vet these vendors for reasonable security and privacy practices but are not responsible for their own terms or availability.

Warranties and disclaimers

The report is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will produce specific business outcomes, that its findings will remain current indefinitely, or that any recommendation will result in a given search ranking, review velocity, or revenue outcome. Local-discovery and AI-assistant landscapes change continuously; the report reflects observations at a point in time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the report or the most recent subscription period, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers who have purchased in the preceding 12 months. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative.
