Refund Policy

Seven days. No-questions-asked.

Most SaaS refund policies are written to protect the company. This one is written to protect you.

Seven days. No forms. No retention call. No "let us hop on a quick Zoom." Reply to your delivery email with the word refund and the money is back on your card the same business day. Usually within the hour.

We can afford to do this because the report either shows you something real about your business or it doesn't. If it didn't, you shouldn't have paid for it. That's the whole policy.

What counts as "something real"

A concrete finding about your actual Google rankings, your actual AI Assistant Visibility, or your actual competitors. Not framing. Not scores on their own. Not advice you've heard before. If the report didn't clear that bar for you, the refund is yours.

How to request

Reply to the email that delivered your report with "refund" in the subject or body. Nothing else is required. You will receive a confirmation within a few hours and the refund on your card same business day.

The small print

  • The 7-day window starts when we deliver your report, not when you pay. If our process takes longer than expected, your window starts when the PDF lands in your inbox.
  • Refunds apply to the one-time report purchase. Quarterly Review Subscription renewals can be canceled at any time from the subscription management link in your emails; prorated refunds on unused time are issued on request.
  • Custom engagement work is scoped separately and is not covered by this policy.
